ZMUni searched the database query on the Chinese National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) official platform which shows that the Notifier/Filing person (Brand Owner) "Shenzhen Winkey Pharmaceutical R & D Co., Ltd." has successfully passed the NMPA notification review of the New Cosmetic Ingredient "Oligopeptide-215"! As an example, the published Chinese NCI notifying/filing number is "国妆原备字20220012" on the NMPA platform, the approved date is June 14, 2022.
It is reported that it’s the second approved new cosmetic ingredient notified by Shenzhen Winkey Pharmaceutical R & D Co., Ltd. in 2022, moreover, it’s the first new peptide ingredient successfully notified in China.

Chinese name: 寡肽-215
Purpose of use: skin protector
Use or application scope: used in various skin cosmetics
Safe use amount: ≤0.3%
