💡About safety evaluation
📌1. From 1 May 2021, The Technical Guidelines for Safety Evaluation of Cosmetics (2021 Version) will be implemented, and the safety evaluation shall be submitted for animal testing exemption.
📌2. From 1 January 2022, before applying for the registration of special cosmetics or the filing/notification of general cosmetics, the registrant and the person responsible for notification of cosmetics must carry out a cosmetics safety evaluation and submit product safety evaluation data in accordance with the requirements of The Technical Guidelines.
📌3. Before 1 May 2024, the cosmetic registrant and the person responsible for notification of cosmetics may submit simplified product safety evaluation reports in accordance with the relevant requirements of The Technical Guidelines.
