The "PLAN" identified the key products of national cosmetics safety risk monitoring in the second half of 2021. Those include facial masks, foot baths, children's cosmetics, soothing products, anti-itching products, anti-wrinkle anti-acne products, hair growth-promoting products, moisturizing, eye skincare, bodybuilding, spray, nail polish, make-up, rinse, "internet celebrity" style of skincare, haircare, freckle whitening, children's toothpaste type of cosmetics and other 18 types of products.
The PLAN applies to monitor the risk of sampling of online sales and physical store cosmetics sales both.ZMUni Chinese Cosmetic Regulation Compliance Centre
