Measures for the Administration of CARM: cosmetic registrant, notifier shall fully implement their responsibilities！

According to NMPA, Measures for the Administration of Cosmetic Adverse Reaction Monitoring will come into force on 1 October 2022! It requires that the cosmetic registrant, notifier shall fully implement their responsibilities, and fulfill the obligation of Cosmetic Adverse Reaction Monitoring according to regulation.

Check out 6 requirements for cosmetic registrant, notifier：

①Establish monitoring evaluation system

②Reasonably allocate institution personnel

③Active collection and report in time

④Analysis and evaluation of risk control

⑤Cooperate in investigation and handling

⑥Write and keep the monitoring record
